Oregon Youth Soccer Association requires all State, Club Administrators as well as  coaches who aren't associated with a club, to submit a background check.  Please click on the "Registration Tab" above to complete an application for submission to CRIS. 

Please note that as you go through the system you need to pay special attention that you are registering yourself as a coach and not a player.  You must select "No Relationship".

You will not be able to use the back button as you go through the registration process.

NOTE:  Team Admininistrators background checks are to be done through their club.  If you are a Team Administrator please register through your clubs website or url.
